Free deployment audit

Send me your repository. I'll read it properly and send back what it would actually take to get it into production — including, sometimes, that you shouldn't bother with me yet.

what comes back
1. What it takes to deploy this
The actual steps for your stack. Not a generic checklist.

2. What it costs you per month
A real number, from a named provider, for your app's size.

3. The three things most likely to bite you
Secrets in the repo. A database that resets on deploy.
Uploads written to a disk that disappears. Whatever
   yours turn out to be.

4. An honest recommendation
Including "a free platform would do this fine, stay there"
if that's the answer, which it often is.

Why it's free

Two reasons, and neither is a funnel.

The first is that I'd rather demonstrate that I know what I'm doing than assert it. Anyone can write "experienced DevOps engineer" on a page. Reading your actual repository and telling you something specific and true about it is harder to fake, and it's a better basis for you deciding whether to trust me with a production system.

The second is selfish: it filters out the work I shouldn't take. If your app needs Kubernetes, or a compliance audit, or a data migration bigger than the deployment itself, I'd rather find that out in twenty minutes of reading than three days into a fixed-price job I quoted wrong.

What happens next

Nothing, unless you want it to. There's no sequence of follow-up emails and no second contact. If the audit says a free platform is fine for you, that's the end of it and I'm glad to have been useful.

If it says a server makes sense and you'd like me to do it, that's the £149 Production Launch — live within 48 hours, on infrastructure you own.
